Currently we have a few partner factories in Malaysia. They are well equipped with CNCs, CNNs, EDM, injection machines, thermal heating and ultrasonic welding machines, heat treatment and casting furnace etc.

Aside from plastic production, we produce 60 mould products per month on average.

With the help of the ZK Automated Mould Production System located in Hong Kong, we can quickly produce accurate moulds for small products on site.

TECHNICALITIES

When design and technology is combined with knowledge and experience, new products and solutions emerge. We are the 1st in Hong Kong to implement Free Form Tactile Modeling System into our development process.

By fully utilizing the CAD / CAM System, optical 3D scanner and 3D rapid prototyping, we can eliminate potential errors during mass production.
